Ptsen - Nuh was designed specifically to overcome the disadvantages of many current techniques which use what we call a 'buy-in'..

Buy-ins are that you accept some concept, some spiritual or religious belief, some idea that you can reprogram your body, mind ( even DNA in some claims ) or  reprogram thought, behavior or belief to make yourself happy...

These tend to work for a while then fail because of something that underlies the process of thought, at a much deeper and more powerful level ...and that is...emotion..
